6th to 10th JUNE - OBS CAMP @ UBIN

day1 thanks jiayee and her dad for driving me to sch. looked at e notice board upon reaching sch. grouped into BOSENG with 12 other peeps, and i onli know one of em! shucks i thought. -ff- ice breakers at ubin first.. BOON WEE's our instructor. he's veri frenly and always smile. (: the hula hoop games (grp huG!) was not bad lah. up next was high elements. went up with EILEEN. was stuck at one point for abit of time.. hands were exhausted and i nearly gave up. however we pushed on n reached e top!! (which was damn high. 3 or 4 storeys up) gr8 job girl! meals at OBS was kns.. the chef kbkb for like nothing. i nearly argued back. night1our bunk was not bad.. like chalet liddat. quite a number of bugs. wad's more funny is dat.. THE GUYS KEEP SHOUTING COS THEY SEE BUGS!! damn funny realli. they jus scream and jump around. me and chaoming will jus sit there and luff. haha. at nite boon wee introduce us to johari's window and "ytd today and tml" which was both meaningful.day2sleep was nice. with lotsa red spots on my arms. wth.. biten! grr. reported for morning PT at 0555. the mass games were stupid. the run was shiok. i wished we had it everyday. paired up with soohuey for kayaking training and capsizing drill. FUN. would be stuck under the kayak for awhile before i could find my way to the surface. eeks. nevertheless cool experience. night2packed our bags for sea and land expedition. i had the cooking pot and rice in my bag.. plus clothes. damn heavy. tsktsk. and our 1st night out in bashas. cos ms lin came in e afternoon and handed us e NYAA thingy. damn. no more slping in bunk. basha all e way!! wasnt as bad as i thought. onli at night was seriously cold. heng i had blanket wif me.day3 (climax!)sea expedition day! initially the weather was PERFECT and i was enjoying it e whole time. i kept telling soohuey dat i could continue kayaking forever! haa. damn. the freaking BIG STORM came. it was like e movies. BIG RAIN. BIG WAVES. LIGHTNING. THUNDER. FEAR. no matter how hard we paddle we'll jus stay in e same place. i kept praying dat we dun capsize lah. the instructors came wif speedboat and roped us in. phew. the rain continued and i was shivering like nobody's business. everybody was. the rain subsided after half an hr or so. and we continued to paddle. damn i thought the instructors were gonna drive us to our destination. !@#$%^&* i was paddling zig zag the whole time. i had to CONSTANTLY change the direction of e kayak.. which required lotsa strength. kao. persevere on!! reached our campsite after 6hrs of paddling out in e sea. then everybody went into the sea to PEE. lol. desperate measures. formed a human chain to transfer all the kayaks and stuffs up to campsite. night3everyone had a dip in e quarry to clean ourselves. DAMN IT. THE RAIN SOAKED MY BAG.. AND ALL MY CLOTHES WAS WET!! i changed from wet clothes into wet clothes. -.- then we cooked dinner by the sea. for me and deya who are vege.. onli had half cooked rice and mushrooms. yucks. didnt sleep well dat night. back was aching like siao, no space to turn and IN THE MIDDLE OF E NIGHT GOT PPL SINGING KARAOKE!! bud no one's living there.. so we assume it's from m'sia. haha. day4i have this ultra big blurblack on my back. not veri pain la.. bud a bit worrying cos everybody's saying it's damn big. i tink imma gonna see a doctor soon. the fruits are veri heavy.. so they threw the apples and oranges away!! walao. so wasteful. bud we had no choice la. started our land expedition. it was hell i tell you. we walked for 7hrs (i tink..cant realli rmb) my shoulders was painful cos the bag weigh like an elephant. raining constantly and we had ponchos on for most of e time. we jus walk and walk non-stop. talked to evelyn bout CO stuffs to make time go faster. it worked. haha. reached obs at 3pm or so. washed our stuffs and bathed. shoulders and legs hurted like hell. thank god everything was over. we survived SEA and LAND EXPEDITION! perseverance plus plus!night4nothing much. broke up into 3 teams. i was in team A which stands for abilities. dat night was about tml's team games and indiana art festival.. which BOSENG and other grps mus perform lah!day5slept quite well. morning pt again. the new jumping jack was fun lahs. broke up into e 3teams to have station games. fun ones! and team abilities earned the most money!! went up to the newly built raft and rafted out i tink 50m to the boat in e sea and planted our flag. this team was damn fun. ppl like joreen was super high. we sang college anthem and national anthem on e raft lah. siao one. fun tho. hahs. skit during the arts fest. our performance wasnt realli successful i tink. however i tink we did our best. had BO SENG's last circle. abit she bu de bout leaving lah. ): trained back to JE wif yihan, jimmy, jiayee and eileen. damn eileen kept squeezing my cheek. !@#$%^&* i know veri cute k. LOL. =xCONCLUSIONim not JIANJUN during e 5 days. i was so quiet! couldnt realli believe it.. bud i was too tired to talk and my grp got veri talkative de, and i felt nobody'd listen to me. shd be more confidence tho. i learnt how to work wif ppl, to persevere on, to have confidence.. blah blah. i learnt how to waste food and kill bugs. haha!! the food was not nice.. and the bugs were persistent. eew. i love BO SENG. new frenships forged. nice team. nice ppl. nice experience.BO SENG
